56, Not Married, Substance Abuse

A male, 56, has the following:

- History of substance abuse

- 2 Grown children

- On medication for hypertension

He does not attend AA and does not have a support system, including a psychiatrist/therapist. He has not been to see his practitioner is 5+ years, gets his prescriptions from walk-in clinics.
